Personal Trainer and Coach

Austin is a Certified CrossFit Trainer, holding his CCFT/CF-L3 credentials. In addition, Austin holds his CrossFit Weightlifting Certification and is affiliated with the Burgener Strength Weightlifting team.


With an impressive 11-year journey in the world of CrossFit, Austin is more than a coach. He’s a dedicated athlete who knows the challenges and triumphs of the CrossFit lifestyle. He has wholeheartedly committed himself to coaching and steering individuals like yourself toward achieving their personal goals.


Austin is proudly from Corvallis, Oregon. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology in 2020 from Oregon State University. Together, his educational foundation and hands-on coaching experience will provide his clients with safe, results-driven outcomes.


Austin's passion lies in the education and empowerment of all athletes. Regardless of age, physique, or fitness level, Austin's coaching philosophy centers on inclusiveness and progression. He has experience coaching individuals of all ages.

Austin's coaching philosophy revolves around the core principles of CrossFit: "Mechanics, Consistency, Intensity." These cornerstones lay the groundwork for secure and efficient training. Austin firmly believes that attaining mastery over proper mechanics takes precedence. Once this foundation is established and consistently demonstrated, athletes can then amplify the intensity.

 

Austin's coaching strategy embodies a balance of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and gymnastics practice. This holistic approach is designed to amplify your ability to execute tasks efficiently, securely, and with heightened intensity. Whether you're striving to improve your athletic performance, weight management, or overall well-being, Austin's will help you attain your goals.


Personal Trainer and Coach

Katie has more than 8 years of CrossFit experience. She has competed competitively for the past 5 years at various competitions. Katie combines her knowledge of the CrossFit methodology with her many accomplishments in nutrition, exercise science and physical therapy. She offers Functional Movement Screening to each of her clients for injury prevention and to outline strengths and weaknesses that will assist in a plan for your personal training. She has experience with athletes of all ages and has helped many athletes recovering from surgery and injury. Katie is also a certified Precision Nutrition coach and can develop a nutrition plan either separately or in addition to your exercise programming.
